Welcome to The Heron at Chester Nests! The Heron is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor’s Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The Heron makes up half of the duplex and is fully self-contained with its own private entrances and back deck.
When you walk into the space, you'll immediately notice the pops of color. This small space packs a big punch with a full kitchen (and yes, full sized appliances including a full sized dishwasher), in unit full-sized stacked front loading laundry, a separate bedroom (queen-sized memory foam bed) with a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
