Positive: The location is great. The view is pretty good. It's spacious and reasonably well appointed.
Negative: Parking is tight if you have a larger car (our hyundai tucson was a tight fit and good luck without sensors and 360 cam). The shower isn't great for 6'+ tall people and hadn't had the soap replenished. The matresses aren't great. The singles are ancient innerspring ones with the foam basically gone. The main one has a lean on it, which tries to throw you out of bed.
