The apartment is on the second floor of the building, with stairs up to the entrance. The main living areas are upstairs on the first floor of this maisonette apartment.
LIVING ROOM
A welcoming room, with double-height, pitched ceilings, as well as a traditional fireplace. The room offers two comfortable sofas, a central ottoman and several armchairs. There is a piano on the left of the fireplace and a television on the right. The room is decorated with lovely framed artworks.
This room enjoys views up to the galleried dining area above, with a white banister rail connecting the two spaces.
