Escape to our beloved home; The Heartland Haven: Your Spacious Family Retreat.
Our home is a 3-story with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bath home (about 5700sqft)! Here you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, a smoker for smoking all your dinners outside, a gas fire pit and ample seating complete with s’mores sticks, toys and swing set for children, access to beautiful walking trails, a dedicated office with high speed WiFi for remote working, and a darling school room for those who homeschool. While we have actual beds available for 9 guests, we have plenty of floor space that can accommodate children on air beds, etc. We can’t wait to host your family and hope you love our little slice of serene beauty as much as we do.
The Space:
Main floor has a family room, dedicated office space, a school room/play room, wash machine and dryer room, kitchen, dining room, formal dining room, and deck with a Camp Chef Smoker.
Top floor has a massive master bedroom(king bed)with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, two bedrooms(one twin, one queen) that are adjoined by a Jack n Jill full bathroom, and one other bedroom(queen) with a private bathroom.
Bottom floor/Basement has a bar area with fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, a kid play area, 1 bedroom(queen) with a bathroom, and a walk out to patio with fire pit, seating, and things for kids to do(sand box, water table, basketball hoop).
Our home has a MYX spin bike with paid subscription for any work out under the sun you’d like to do, weights, and a treadmill.

Other things to note:
Parking- our garage will be locked off. Parking in driveway will fit 3-4 cars. Overnight street parking is prohibited.
We have actual beds for 9 guests, but have plenty of floor space for children.
Pets will be approved on a case by case basis. On approval, a pet fee of $250 will apply due to increase in cleaning costs. We do not have a fully fenced yard. The backside is fenced, and the front is open.
Absolutely no parties allowed on premises. No unregistered guests. No gatherings. Cameras are in both front and back of property to enforce this rule, and also have a decibel monitor that will alert me. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with an HOA. Please be upfront and honest about every guest that will be in the home. No unregistered guests allowed.
Renters must be 25 and older.
Available upon request for babies: Highchair, swing, bassinet, crib, sound machine, play mat, changing pad, rocking chair.
Kids/Toys: we have nugget fort builds, slide, books, board games, card games, basketball hoop, water table, sand box, swing set and many other things that can be arranged.
Kitchen is stocked with high end gear. Convection oven, kitchenaid stand mixer, vitamix blender, waffle maker, panini press, bbq smoker accessories, all size dishes and bowls, baking/pastry items, instapot, crockpot, and more!
Our home is not perfect; we are a family of 7 and it is lived in. We want to provide you with a safe, fun, and clean home for your travels!
