Nestled amongst the palm trees and sand dunes, this quaint beach cottage exudes a timeless charm. Built in 1949, it boasts a vintage aesthetic that transports visitors back to a simpler time. Inside, the cozy living room is a haven for relaxation. Beyond the cottage lies a serene backyard. 100 feet of oceanfront property gives you recreational outdoor space as well as plenty of privacy. Enjoy the sunrise from the covered patio overlooking a sparkling pool, perfect for cooling off on hot afternoons. Settle on the raised deck to enjoy the ocean breeze in the shade of the palms - one of our favorite spots. Additionally, this charming abode is located just a short walk (2 blocks) from downtown Cocoa Beach, offering an array of quaint shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The real treasure of this beach cottage, however, lies just beyond the front door - a stretch of pristine sand and sparkling water, beckoning visitors to walk on the beach, play in the waves, watch a rocket launch, enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. The Heartland is a perfect vacation home for families, friends or couples. We love Cocoa Beach and hope you do too! We live next door to the property so while we will give you space, we are also near by if you need anything - recommendations for local spots, a surf lesson, a work out at CB CrossFit.
