The Harpoon *Beautiful Beach House Plum Island The Harpoon is directly in front of the Lighthouse; offering exceptional views of the Merrimack River, Downtown Newburyport, Salisbury Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The Harpoon has wonderful Cross Breezes and Central AC to stay COOL in the summer and a Woodstove to keep COZY in the winter. Directly from the house, walk down a path to the sandy tidal flat beach. Basin and Ocean beaches just a stroll away. There is plenty of private space, and a lovely shaded area under a large sundeck with two hammocks and other seating configurations. The Harpoon is located on Plum Island Point, 10 minutes from downtown Newburyport, and 40 Minutes from Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH. The Harpoon is a relaxing, simple, calm and understated home with amazing views. The neighborhood is private and quiet, and only low key and respectful guests are desired. The Harpoon is also potentially available for off season monthly rental. November1st / May 1st.
