This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath luxury condo boasts waterfront living to a new level with access to gulf beaches, boutique shops, restaurants and nightlife. As you enter into this unit, your eyes will be drawn to the 12-ft ceilings with lots of natural light accenting the large space, floor-to-ceiling windows, smooth lines, and luxury finishes throughout.
The kitchen contains an abundant amount of modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, an island with a sink, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. The large primary bedroom fitted with a king bed and has a large en-suite with a dual sink vanity and a large seamless shower. Beautiful luxury plank flooring runs throughout the unit. Each bedroom is equipped with spacious closets and flat screen TV's. The large balcony contains a gorgeous panoramic view of the marina/harbor and ourdoor dining and lounging. Pet friendly with no weight limit up to 2 pets, and ONLY 300 yards to the iconic beautiful gulf sand. This building includes 24 hour security, pool, 2 covered parking spaces. Summary: This was truly the cleanest, most well stocked rental we have vacationed in. It's in a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. Very well maintained, comfortable beds and overall very nice property building. Tons of towels, dishes, beach amenities and room for the whole family made it even better.
