Pet Friendly! Classic Cape Cod Vacation Home Rental in Chatham near Schoolhouse Pond for freshwater swimming. Located in a residential area and convenient to the Cape Cod Bike trail, and the Chatham Airport and restaurant (Hanger B eatery). It has 3 ac units in main floor bedrooms and free WiFi too. Enter the front door to the living room which has a flat screen TV. Through the living room is the fully equipped eat in kitchen with a door to the outside deck. There is also a separate dining room for family dinners. Down the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the left is Bedroom #1 with 2 Twin beds. To the right of the hallway is a full bath (tub/shower) and Bedroom #2 (Master) with King Bed. This Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 at the end of the hall has 2 twin beds. Downstairs is a finished lower level for fun and extra guests. There is a sitting area (with Trundle bed of 2 twins) and TV. There is a bar and foosball for all to enjoy. There is a separate area that has another "living quarters" with kitchenette (fridge and microwave), full bath with shower and the 4th Bedroom with Queen Bed. There is also a door to the backyard. Outside is a deck with dining, gas grill and there is an outdoor shower. ***This home comes with a “Back to Basics Bag”. All with compliments from the owner! A large reusable tote comes with: 2 Rolls toilet paper, Tissues, Hand Soap, Sponge, 2 Trash Bags, Dish Soap, Dish Washing Detergent, Hand Sanitizer, Paper Towel, Laundry Detergent (for guests with a 1 week min stay) No Smoking Please! Max parking of cars at property: 4. No parking on Lawn anytime. This home allows 1 dog. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation. This home has Keyless Entry with a 3pm Check-In/10am Check-Out. Additional Information to Assist You: During peak summer season (from end of June to first week in September) a 7 night Saturday - Saturday rental reservation is required. Some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay. You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialist for details.
