Positive: Liked the place very much, clean tidy the staff always polite and helpful a few minutes walk to the SM North mall, plenty of pools always in the shade unfortunately. There's an Alfa mart store and a few other stores inside the complex and a BDO bank. We stayed on the 21st floor out of 41 which apart from 1 night was nice and quiet. There's a large reception area leading to the pools but no life guard so watch your kids a club house gym and other facilities which we never used. I would recommend the place no problem.
Negative: Our room Could do with a modern makeover taking g down the partition wall would open the condo up and there's a cockroach issue that needs to be addressed but overall we enjoyed our stay.
