Grand Mayan Description:
The Grand Mayan offers large suites, walk in showers, and the most notable upgrade being the large balcony with lounge chairs. The décor uses more upscale materials, including a separate shower, and large soaking tub. The Grand Mayan is the resorts most popular rental unit. The Grand Mayans in Los Cabos and in Puerto Penasco are brand new construction. The Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta has a huge water park with lazy river, two wave pools, water slide and smaller kids’ area.
The grand master bedroom is approximately 400 sq ft. (what this listing is for), the 1BR suite is 800 sq ft, and the 2BR suite is 1200 sq ft. These rooms are available at the following resorts: Acapulco, Riviera Maya, Nuevo Vallarta, Los Cabos.

Valet parking: MXN 390 pesos per week. Fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort upon check-in. Tipping the cleaning staff is required.
All units have similar furnishings, but may vary from resort to resort. Views may vary.
Free transportation is available from the airport to the resort. From the resort taxi's can be arranged into town or back to the airport. Secure luggage storage is available prior to check-in time on the day of arrival and after the check-out time on the day of departure. Purified water is used in all rooms in all of the restaurants. Bottled water is available for purchase from the on-site grocery.
This is NOT an all-inclusive resort, and you are required to purchase any food or beverages. However, the prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality!
