Welcome to your work remote paradise. Focus in a clean, efficient space with all the optimization you need (including a smart home and automatic lights at night) to be your best. After hustling in the sunroom office during the day, take time downstairs to sweat on the workout equipment PLUS a full INFARED SAUNA. Calm yourself with a reclining couch and flatscreen or on the cozy 'thinking room' in the sun. Cool down via ice bath in the backyard, and sleep luxuriously in the soothing bedrooms.
The space
Full home with a newly finished basement! I have poured a lot of love into this home, with continuous projects to keep improving. Please care for the space as much as I have thus far.
Bedrooms :: equipped with extra comfortable memory foam/spring hybrid mattresses, cozy sheets to help melt into the bed, sound machines, automated lights, and the master includes automated blinds.
Bathrooms :: both have showers, with the guest bath including a bath/epsom salts for relaxation.
Be careful in the living room - the sherpa swivel chair MIGHT be the coziest piece of furniture you've sat in. Well, until you recline in the leather/ & fur modern throne in the office!
Office(s) :: the main office (newly remodeled sunroom) has a 49" curved monitor with all adapters required, providing ample space and comfort to work on your desired tasks. The guest office (guest bedroom) has a laptop stand and all of the needed cords to ensure two people can easily work and be on calls at the same time.
Basement :: newly finished, the 'Welly Celly' is a continual work of art - currently including a new two person infared sauna, a Wahoo Kickr workout bike (it allows for a 14 day free trial on any smart device), bands, and ample space for yoga/stretching. The reclining sofa is sure to invite a comfortable space to stream movies on the 62" mounted flatscreen.
Laundry :: washer and dryer (new) are in the basement, along with all needed materials and racks for folding and drying!
Outside Areas :: the front porch includes a table and two chairs (with a foot poof) for AM coffees or overall neighborhood indulging. The private, newly fenced backyard has parking for 2 cars comfortably, but 3 could be squeezed if you want! Two reclining anti-gravity chairs help for sunbathing, while the ICE BATH out back indeed will cool you off.

Summary: Our stay in Denver was an absolute sanctuary thanks to this property. Although we were mostly at a conference during the day, returning to this home was the perfect way to recharge. The ice barrel and infrared sauna were an incredible bonus! The beds were also extremely comfortable. The host was accommodating and communication was easy. Every detail in the house, from the interesting books to the espresso maker and beautiful wool blankets, added a touch of luxury to our stay. The location was also excellent, with a grocery shop conveniently located just one block away. While we did experience some minor difficulties with the house's smart technology, we were able to work through them with support from the host. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!
