The Grand at Dutchies Beach is the ultimate luxury beach house located in Nelson Bay at the much-loved Dutchies Beach. The Grand has captivating water views, a pool with resort-like cabana, and a sauna. The home has three levels and is comprised of two separate apartments, with identical floor plans, accessed via entry doors inside a shared internal stairwell. In total there are six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two living areas and two kitchens, making this contemporary beach house ideal for two families or for a multigenerational family to enjoy together.
1st Floor - This three bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and water views from the balcony, lounge and dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite, and parent’s retreat with sofa bed, suitable for two children. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, and the third bedroom has a tri-bunk. The sumptuous main bathroom has a freestanding bath.
2nd Floor - This three bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and water views from the balcony, lounge and dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite, and parent’s retreat with daybed, suitable for one young child. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, and the third bedroom has two long single “zip” beds which can be joined to form a king. The elegant main bathroom has a freestanding bath.
Dutchies Beach has play equipment, gas BBQs and picnic tables. There’s a paved footpath meandering through the bush along the waterfront which delivers you right into the heart of Nelson Bay’s town centre and d’Albora Marina.
On the ground level, The Grand has a lawn with BBQ and dining table, an outdoor shower, sauna, and a bathroom with spa bath. There’s two single lock-up garages and off-street parking for two vehicles. The laundry has a washer & dryer, the home is fully air-conditioned, there’s free WiFi.

Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
