This is a completely renovated, tastefully decorated, spacious, 3 bedroom 2 bath home with plenty of room!
This property is located close to Klamath Lake with stunning views at any hour.
Guests have access to the garage, upstairs area and outdoor spaces. The downstairs area is locked with no guest access.
Our team will be available via this platform for any questions!
- The driveway is on a slight slope. We will be by to remove snow and lay down salt during the winter months.
-You will need to walk through the front door and immediately walk up a flight of stairs to gain access to the upstairs area.
- During the spring and summer months you may see The Klamath Midge, which resembles an aphid or mosquito. The Midges are prominent near the lake, but are harmless. We will have insect control measures in place! To learn more about The Klamath Midge, feel free to check out my guidebook.
-Although the downstairs area will be locked to guests, the home is completely private and nobody lives onsite.
-An extra mattress is available for use if needed with 48 hours notice. The mattress will be placed in the twin bedroom on the floor as there is not a frame for it.
This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M-7:00 A.M daily. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties!

Summary: Five star experience: - Brand new place, just one visitor prior to us, I think - Completely remodeled and decorated, with great contemporary aesthetic - Perfect location, overlooking the lake - Kitchen is loaded with essentials (utensils, cups, plates, appliances, etc.) - Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, etc. - Very clean - Easy self check-in and check out - Communicative host - Roku for Netflix etc.
