Positive: The Condo is in a great district having restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. Washer/dryer was a plus as well as a large outside space.
Negative: It is situated on a very steep hill in a very noisy location. Day/night, inside/outside it has no soundproofing on the door and sliding windows so heard constant dog barking, kids screaming, large construction vehicles, motorcycles etc. This building is not ‘ secure’ in any way, front gate left unlocked and open. The terrace is easily accessible by jumping over wall ( as we found on several occasions with staff doing repair work on it) . Shower hot water did not work ( water heater problem) until we figured out we had to turn on (run) an additional tap ( sink or kitchen) when we were in the shower to balance out the pressure. Bed was small with rough sheets.
Summary: Wanted to like this place for return visits. It looks good but overall not a relaxing comfortable feeling place.
