The north facing, 2 acre property boasts one of the most spectacular locations in Northland. The entire 33m length of the North face is floor to ceiling windows and every room in the house opens out onto one of the largest decks in Mangawhai!
The home is an entertainer's dream come true, particularly on warm summer nights when you open up the entire middle third of the house and feel like you could be anywhere in the world. You will enjoy cooking in the lovely kitchen with new oven and dishwasher or on the large new BBQ on the deck.
The gorgeous rural outlook is forever changing with the daylight and the weather and then continues out over to the famous Mangawhai sand dunes, the Head itself and even over the famous Tara-iti Golf Course to the Pacific Ocean where the Hen and Chicken islands in the background complete this gorgeous, world class vista. Sit in the spa and soak up the beautiful views
From the property it is under 2 minutes drive to Mangawhai Village, 5 minutes to Tara-iti golf course (reputed to be one of the top 100 courses in the world!) and only a few minutes drive to Te Arai beach via Black Swamp entrance or the famous Te Arai Point surfers' mecca. A few more minutes by car and you can get to the north of Pakiri Beach or Mangawhai surf beach.
The house is ideal for 2-3 families with enough space for everyone to stretch out and relax and being pet friendly and with wifi there's simply no way to beat the Glass House as the perfect getaway.
