The object of the rental is an apartment with three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning with double bed and bunk bed, three bathrooms with shower, living-dining room with kitchen, oven and dishwasher, pergola in front of the living room with dining tables, ground floor, maximum 12 people.
The rental price does not include (to be paid on site) electricity, linen, extra cleaning, tourist tax, heating and conditioning based on consumption, wood.
200 euro deposit to be paid in cash upon check-in and refunded upon departure.
Optional additional services: linen package 10 EUR/per person to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid upon arrival in cash (these are personal sheets and towels and cannot be used outside the accommodation as a beach towel, to be kept for the entire duration of the stay - change during the stay at the same price).
Guests must bring everything necessary to run the accommodation, including their own beach towels, tablecloths, tea towels, detergents, sponges, toiletries, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc in addition to linens if not requested.

The rooms that make up the apartment described are for the exclusive use of guests who book it. Swimming pool, barbecue, gym and garden are shared with the guests of the other apartments. HOUSE RULES

ARRIVAL TIME
Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm. We do not have staff available for reception at all hours, therefore to best organize your arrival it is essential to send your estimated arrival time the day before. Going to the property without having notified the arrival time, or arriving early/late can cause long waits.
Are you late? Inform us! Are you arriving before the agreed time? Entry will still take place at the agreed arrival time.
To speed up the check-in procedure, we invite you to send the identity documents of all guests, or the Guest Registration Form completed with the data of all guests, at least 24 hours before check-in.
DEPOSIT
200 euros to be paid in cash at check-in. It serves as a deposit for anything not included in the rental price and any amounts due. Returned upon departure.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the premises. In case of violation of the ban, a minimum of 200 euros will be charged.
PETS

RESPECT OF SILENCE
From 10.00 pm to 8.00 am and from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm maximum silence is required. Hearing aids should be kept at a low volume. At any time, behaviors, activities, games and use of equipment that cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
1 euro per person per day, to be paid in cash at check-in (excluding minors under the age of 15).
DEPARTURE
Check-out strictly by 10:00. Upon departure, the kitchen must be left clean, the dishes washed and put away in order, the refrigerator emptied, the rubbish thrown into the appropriate containers located in the ecological oasis of the structure respecting separate waste collection.
