Comfortable beds that have been dressed in white linens await, while the sitting room provides an eclectic place to relax on the cooler, darker autumnal evenings. The ground floor also includes a large dining room that gives way to the kitchen. Direct access to the garden is provided via the kitchen door.
Outside, this generous detached two bedroom property stands as lone sentry at the entrance of Little Massingham estate. Beyond the garden fence, the old estate stretches out for over 200 acres. Those paying attention may spot a wide variety of interesting species that rely upon a landscape that includes ancient woodland, grazing pasture, wildflower meadows and wetland. Simply pulling up a chair in the garden gives guests a wonderful view over the park, where you may see Barn Owls and Kestrels hunting or high above, Buzzards and Red Kites circling on the thermals.
