Positive: We decided to book the Garden suites because we were going hot air ballooning at 6am in the morning and the suites are situated within the grounds where the hot air ballooning takes place. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet and perfect for our needs. The surrounding countryside was beautiful
Negative: You can only check in between 3pm- 5pm I left numerous messages via email and via booking.com which where not answered. I repeatedly rang the reception between 3-5pm and the calls were not answered, I also left 3 voices messages and my call was not returned. Very frustrating 😕 There also needs to be larger fans in the room. It was a very warm evening and the small fans do not move the air around the room for a comfortable nights sleep
