It's great for 2 but can sleep up to 7. 1,200 sq. ft. All new furnishings in 2021, including mattresses. Fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher). Central air and heat. It's hugged by a forest with a private, big backyard, deck, and outdoor shower (summer use).Washer and dryer. 13 minutes to Lake Michigan's Good Harbor Beach! It's a great central home base for exploring Leelanau County's beaches, hiking, sand dunes, lakes, historic rural areas, shops, wineries & breweries

Less than a mile to Cedar Sol Taco Stand and Hydro Farm. The house is also centrally located to all the great wineries in the area. It is the perfect starting point for a tasting tour around Leelanau County!

PLEASE NOTE: This is an older house with short doorways, so above-average height people will need to watch their heads.
NOTE FOR FAMILIES: the main bedroom is upstairs and there is currently no door or baby gate at the top of the stairs.
WOOD STOVE: The wood stove is not available for guests to use. The furnace keeps the house warm and cozy when needed.
