With 8 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, guests can enjoy plenty of space and privacy while being in walking distance to Charleston’s most popular spots. Each unit (one on each floor) has a bright, open floor plan. They have all been recently restored and have a modern, rustic style design. Throughout the house, guests will enjoy brand new appliances, vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings atop hardwood floors, chic light fixtures, and modern, trendy decor. Positioned just off of Cannon Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! Upon arrival, guests enter through the main entrance of the house. The first unit is located on the 1st floor, second on the 2nd floor, and third on the 3rd floor. Each unit has its own private entrance, together they make up the entire house. All 3 units feature… A Comfortable Living Area/Lounge Space. The open living spaces feature a large loveseat sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV atop the console table, all underneath an overhead light and ceiling fan. Perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day of travel and/or exploration. Off the main hallway is a closet where guests will find the stacked washer and dryer units. A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. Each kitchen is open to the living room area and comes fully-equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Stone countertops, trendy light fixtures, a toaster, coffee maker, and all basic cooking utensils will make you feel right at home while also meeting all of your cooking needs.
