Positive: The property was very spacious particularly in terms of outdoor space and outdoor furniture. There was always somewhere to sit whether we wanted sun or shade. The hot tub was lovely.
Negative: We were disappointed by a number of things, bearing in mind this property was not cheap. First, the bedding was of poor quality and was tired to say the least; nothing matched and the pillow cases did not even fit the very lumpy, cheap pillows. Although we stayed for 11 nights we had to use the same sheets etc throughout our stay as nothing else was available. The same goes for the towels. The curtains in the lounge did not close.Whilst the property was superficially clean there was a clear lack of regular maintenance with light bulbs missing, and more significantly the door handles kept working loose. At one point one of us was locked in the toilet as the handles had fallen off on both sides of the door!! The shutter in one of the back bedrooms could not be closed or made secure and there were no shutters on the main patio doors, unlike every other property in the area. Finally, we would have appreciated an information pack with details about places to visit, buses, restaurants, supermarkets and other information about the area and the properrty.
Summary: Lovely property outside, shame about the maintenance of the interior.
