Both bedrooms are en-suite with the top floor including an amazing private balcony overlooking the river. Fully refurbished in 2016 with A/C and heating on each level, wood and marble finishings and two high volume showers. The house is located just a short stroll from the Lisbon Cathedral, the Fado Museum, Sao Jorge Castle and the waterfront.
An independent townhouse located in the center of Lisbon, in the heart of Alfama district, the most historical and famous district of Lisbon. The home is walking distance from Baixa (Lisbon City Center), San Jorge Castle, the Santa Apolónia Train Station, the famous flea market and many other tourist attractions.
The house has three (3) floors, with two (2) bedrooms and two and half (2.5) bathrooms. There is also a private balcony with views of Alfama to the river. The home is equipped with heating and air conditioning throughout.
The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with large sofa bed, and half bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower. The top floor has a Queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower. On this floor there is a balcony with river view along with a desk / working nook.
The view is outstanding and you can actually hear Fado from the balcony during some evenings.
