The Space:
The Encinitas Beach Guest House boasts the highest quality furnishings throughout, including:
A luxurious 1-bedroom (1 queen bed and 1 roll-away bed) + office, with a comfy queen bed, walk-in shower and walk-in closet that accommodates 2 guests. The office includes a workspace with desk, chair, and bookcase.
A comfortable living area, perfect for conversation, enjoying a great read or catching a movie on the Smart TV.
A top-of-the-line Kitchen, with it's farmhouse sink, stainless-steel appliances, and luxury finishes. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster oven and blender for convenient use.
The dining area seats 4 guests.
There is also a private washer and dryer for your use throughout your stay.
A private outdoor hot tub that is set at 80 degrees and can be adjusted for higher temperature. Please plan accordingly for 24 hours to heat to desired temperature.
