The Eagle's Cottage is a serene getaway tucked in amongst the trees and a two minute walk to our private beach on the ocean to watch the seals and sea lions. In the back yard is a 400-year-old tree hosting an active bald eagle nest. Peaceful and quiet, this is the perfect ocean side getaway. The cottage is part of a privately owned resort in Bowser, British Columbia, 15 minutes from the Village of Qualicum Beach. The Eagle's Cottage has 728 sq. ft. of indoor space and sits on a beautiful location just off the waterfront. It’s perfect for couples and families with sleeping space for up to 6: - beautiful vaulted pine ceilings - open kitchen and living room space - quiet bedrooms are at the back of the cabin - 250 sq. ft. covered front deck with the following: * comfortable chairs and coffee table * table that seats 6 * propane BBQ grill for the outdoor chef - large back yard for lawn games, kid’s tent, picnic - self check-in/check-out with an automated keypad system KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! - recently updated full size fridge and stove - microwave oven - coffee maker - plenty of dishes and cutlery - plenty of pots/pans for large meals - full set of kitchen knives and other cooking utensils - kitchen table and chairs LIVING ROOM The living room has a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating room for a midday wind down or to tuck in after sunset: - full-sized sofa bed - two side chairs - flat screen TV - free WiFi BATHROOM The bathroom includes a full sized tub, shower, and vanity. BEDROOM 1: - medium sized master bedroom near the bathroom - queen sized bed - full-size closet BEDROOM 2: - large sized second bedroom (suitable for kids or couples) - two single beds and plenty of floor space - full-size closet Walking distance to a coffee shop, drugstore, grocery store, gift shop, art gallery, liquor store, collectibles store Trails in the area This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
