Villa Dune is a new construction 2017 single storey located 150m from the beach of Platin and 300m from the city center of St Palais.
Its landscape integration in the natural dune of the land will seduce you. It is a modern comfort house, air-conditioned, facing south of a surface of 160m2. The 7 bay windows overlook a spacious exotic wood deck that surrounds the 8mx4m heated pool secured by a submerged electric shutter.
It includes a large living room of 65m2 incorporating a large open kitchen fully equipped with central island (bar), a dining room for 12 guests, a large living room furnished with two sofas, ottomans, cushions, coffee table and TV 65 "and an internet connection (WIFI).
It hosts four single bedrooms, two bathrooms with Italian showers, three toilets.
The bay windows overlook the large wooden terrace with a dining area that can accommodate 14 guests, plancha, sunbathing and parasols are waiting for you
A wood chalet dependency of 16m2 sheltering 4 additional beds equipped with a corner toilet is available gracefully according to the request. At the back of the house is an outdoor shower and an ecological urinal
Enjoy the Villa Dune for its privileged location, close to the sea (Platin beach) and its landscaped environment on a garden of 1600m2 planted with green oaks, olive trees, boxwood, oleanders and hydrangeas
The area of ​​Platin is very wooded, very quiet allowing you to fully enjoy the site to rest.

Summary: We had a great stay at Villa Dune. Amazing house fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful well kept gardens and pool area. Heated pool was a bonus. Fantastic location, short walk to beach and town. Lots of nice shops and restaurants in town. St. Palais sur mer is a really well kept town. Lots of walking and cycle paths.
