This charming 4 bedroom 3 bath home is the perfect choice for your family lake vacation! Conveniently located offering a short drive to area amenities, and wide water views of the lake and Hales Ford Bridge. The main floor offers the master bedroom, a second bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room that opens to a screened in porch. Two additional bedrooms, bath and a large family room complete the lower level. There is a covered patio that overlooks the lake and leads to the gazebo at the waters edge. The large covered dock with floater provides plenty of space for swimming, sunbathing, or docking a boat. The owners have provided two Kayaks, WiFi and Cable TV for your use during your stay!
Main Level: Master - King; #2 - King and 2 Twins (Bunk bed);
Lower level: #3 - Queen ; #4 Pyramid Bunk (Full over Queen)
Linen Package - $220.00 plus tax.
Package includes all sheets for beds, 10 sets of towels and MakeUp Service.

Notes:
1. Once your reservation is processed, a Reservation Confirmation and a Guest License Agreement (Rental Contract) will be sent by email.
2. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check- out is 10 am. No exceptions.
3. Linen service has been included in your reservation. If you wish to Opt Out of the Linen Service, you may do so by contacting our office. Please note that if you Opt Out, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, as they will not be provided.
4. If you place your reservation through VRBO/Homeaway, you will see two separate charges - one from RSI Rentals (your first half deposit, or your entire amount if less than 30 days from arrival), and second from VRBO - their booking service fee. This fee is charged directly from VRBO and is not part of any charges collected by RSI. All communication and second payments will be made directly to RSI Rentals, not through VRBO/Homeaway.
5.Advance Reservations for the next calendar year can be made; however, please be aware that the reservation is subject to change. Current advertised rates are for this year only, and may not be the same for next year. Owner's have until the end of the current year to confirm their rates, fees, amenities and availability for next year. You will be notified the following January of any changes and will have the option to confirm or cancel your
reservation. If you choose to cancel, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
