Take it easy at this unique and tranquil waterfront home located on a sailboat access canal in South West Florida. The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood within minutes to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment. It's just a short walk to Port Charlotte Beach Park with a beach, swimming pool, kids playground, tennis courts, picnic area, and a fishing pier. Enjoy the best of what Florida has to offer.
Relax and enjoy our home with coastal decor and open floor plan. Open the front door to an open and airy home with a beautiful view of the huge canal. The living room is large with a large sectional sofa and 55" Smart TV. The kitchen and dining area is huge with full views of the waterfront. There is a screened lanai just off the kitchen with a large sectional, perfect for relaxing and watching the boats go by. The master bedroom has a King bed and attached large bathroom with walk in closet. Master bedroom includes a relaxing area with Recliner and Zero Gravity Massage Chair. The second bedroom is large and has a queen bed with a full bath down the hall. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is an additional 3/4 bath adjoining the living room.
You can relax on the couch or hammock in the Florida room to watch sailboats go by or enjoy watching /fishing the fishes. Dolphins are occasionally spotted in the area. Port Charlotte is estimated home of about 400 dolphins
All house except owner Closet. Very easy to get around neighborhood. Most desired area in Port Charlotte.Close to shopping center and 10 minutes walking to beach Park or opened water. Plenty parking space

This is very beautiful and desired neighborhood, close to shopping center and the Charlotte Bay. Short walking to Port Charlottes Beach Park if you want to go to enjoy local beach, kid playground, boat ramp, fishing pier, tennis court, public swimming pool, public restrooms, pavilions, barbecue, football. 15 minutes from Warm Water Spring Park. Close to Manasota beach or Siesta key

we've tried to provide good space with reasonable price so please protect and respect our place like yours. no more than 2 cars are allowed on property. no more than 2 visitors at anytime during daytime. no overnight guests permitted.
no smoking or vaping or use of any legal/illegal drugs on or around the property. No party or events of any kinds. no music after 10 pm. respect neighbor. sorry put no pets. reports any breakage or damage in timely manner. please supervise your children all time while being on backyard
