As much fun outside as it is inside, this newly styled cottage features breathtaking views of the water and your own provate dock for swimming, boating, and kayaing. The interiors feel tranquil and spa like with comfortable spots to sleet, sit and even soak, thanks to a bathtub.
4 bedroom 2.5 bath Cottage w/ 2 Master Bedrooms over the water. Enjoy kayaking (kayaks included), swimming, boating and even cannon balls off your own dock. Drinks and barbecuing all while watching the sunset over the water, what more do you need.
Please keep in mind The Dockside Cottage is NOT a pet-friendly property.

Summary: Family of 6 stayed for the week. Perfect location- close to Boston, Newport, Providence and the Martha’s Vineyard Ferry. Cottage had everything you need to be comfortable both inside and out. Spectacular views from all rooms. Outdoor deck and pier provided for great sunsets, kayaking, swimming and family gathering. 5 stars!!!
