This is an ideal getaway spot! Enjoy your private deck while looking out over the huge red dock and the lake. There is also a floating dock for easy access to the water and securing your boat. You can often spot deer and wild turkey on the shoreline across the lake. The free public access boat ramp is only a block away. The 5,369-acre Hill Country State Natural Area is about 15 minutes away for hiking and cycling. Take a drive through the scenic Texas Hill Country in any number of directions to explore the area.
The Dock Holiday Inn has 3 Bedrooms and 4 Single Roll Away Beds. 1st Bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with shower/tub combo. 2nd Bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed, bunk beds and an armoire. Fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven and range top, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, all utensils, dishes and glassware, pots and pans, fryer). Two bathrooms with towels provided. 1st bathroom is shower/tub combo in Bedroom #1. 2nd Bathroom has a stand-alone shower. Washer/Dryer down below house. Other amenities include air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, Flat screen ROKU TV, DVD player, WiFi, a whole-house cell signal amplifier provides a good cell signal, a blue-tooth portable speaker, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, a stone fire pit, and access to kayaks, paddle boat and fishing equipment.
It has a huge outdoor covered deck with ceiling fans and comfortable wicker furniture.

Only adults should carry kayaks/paddle boat. Follow posted rules for kayak use. No fires in fireplace in the house.
