Arty, cosy, beautiful newly built 3-bedroom villa with private pool and amazing sea view. The Curator’s House is set just outside the old Venetian village of Agios Markos, a protected area by the Greek Ministry of Culture, on a plot of 1.300 sqm, landscaped with trees, shrubs, pathways, covered spaces, outdoor sitting and dining area, bbq and pool. With a living space of 125 sqm spread over 2 levels, the House consists of a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with glass surround shower, a further bedroom and separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has a patio window leading to a nice sized covered veranda with amazing view to the sea. On this level there is also an open plan kitchen, living and dining room as well as a mezzanine floor, a semi private space, with its own bedroom, sitting area and bathroom with glass surround shower. Outside of the kitchen area there is a nice sized covered veranda with views to the pool, the garden and the sea, for alfresco dining. Large verandas at the front, covered with wooden pergolas offer great views to the sea, the Corfu town and the lush green areas near Agios Markos. The access to the villa is extremely good as it is set on the road leading from the old village of Agios Markos to the picturesque village on Ano Korakiana, a road with low traffic even during the summer. There is also parking space for three cars. The Curator’s House, a villa with a combination of vintage and modern elements, is located in a sought after area (15kms from Corfu Town and the airport), with close proximity to the sea (2 kms from the nearest beach of Ipsos and 7 kms from the famous Barbati beach), and could be an ideal holiday home all year round.
