2 fireplaces, outdoor fire pit, hammock, & fishing off the deck make it a wonderful outdoorsy getaway. Plus comforts of home with wifi, phone, 80" projector & rain-head shower.
Private, charming & secluded. 90 min from NYC. 2 hrs from Philly.
The entire house and property is accessible by guests, except for the shed and Ford Truck in the driveway.
The property is located on a private 10 mph gravel road. The road can be bumpy so please make sure to drive slowly and carefully. If you are staying with us during winter, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
There is a shed on the property that is shared with our other property - the log cabin across the street. On the rare occasion that we need to access that shed, will do our very best to notify guests at least 15 minutes in advance.
We’re available by text, phone or email at all times. And just a short drive away if we need to come by.
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent, required submission of photo ID, guest list, and $300 refundable security after booking.
We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice. We are not responsible for any damages incurred for use or misuse of indoor fireplaces or outdoor fire pit.
