Summary: We stayed in a ground floor suite near the dining hall and that was very convenient for seniors like us. Our suite was very clean and very nicely furnished. To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities. The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good. Food was nice and we liked the taste very much. Suggestions for improvement : 1) Elevators and wheel chair access to all the blocks would make the place more attractive to senior people and overseas visitors. 2) A locked tipping box at the reception area will ensure that all the lovely staff get some incentive for their excellent work. 3) Parking was a bit congested as there was an International Lion’s Club meet the day we left.
