Welcome to the Cozy Peach House and thank you for considering our beautiful, comfortable, relaxing getaway home!
The Cozy Peach House is located, 1.1 miles from the iconic Kure Beach Fishing Pier. This corner unit with privacy and plenty of parking has 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath is newly updated. Main floor has new luxury vinyl plank flooring, comfortable living room sofa, with queen size sleeper, cozy chair and rocker and private partial ocean view from the main balcony. There are 2 flat screen TV’s with cable, and dedicated WIFI.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove with double oven. fully stocked cabinets, dishware, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, and complete utensils for cooking. Everything you need for family meals while on vacation!
The eating area with seating and additional stools at kitchen counter. The Master suite has a very comfortable king sized bed and private balcony. The 2nd Bedroom, is also very comfortable with spacious bunk style that sleeps up to 4 persons.
Additional property amenities to help you relax and enjoy include but not limited to
Full recreation center, with gathering room for parties or that special celebration. Basketball and Tennis Courts, Children’s Playground, shuffleboard, Whirlpool, Fitness Center, Locker rooms and showers. Charcoal grills available for use.
Public access to beach across the street with showers. Enjoy a nice bike ride to the NC aquarium, CB boardwalk, Kure beach pier and Fort Fisher. This property is great for avid bikers and outdoor activities. Be sure to visit the famous Coquina Outcrop.
Minutes to shopping, local restaurants ,and café- Jack Mackerel's, Freddie's and Big Daddy's.

Summary: The home was a good size. Easy walking distance to the beach and parking for 2 cars. I appreciated that the parking passes were in the unit. I rented another unit in the same building that required us to pick up the passes from their leasing office, which was very inconvenient. The floors on the main level weren't cleaned very well. There was a wasp nest on one of the chairs on the patio so we didn't utilize that area. The beach itself is very narrow and has a steep incline down to the water. The shoreline has tons of huge rocks/boulders built in the beach, making it impossible to swim with younger kids or boogie boards. It was nice in the mornings with low tide as they created little pools that the younger kids loved. If you are looking for quiet, this is the place. There isn't anything within walking distance, but everything is a very short drive. The outdoor pool felt like a hot tub and was very dirty in and around. There were flies everywhere. We found the indoor pool nearby and that was lovely. the two beach front pools are a pretty long walk so we never made it down to them.
