This beautiful beach house is located on a 1500m² plot and is a great alternative for couples, friends or small families who want to enjoy their beach vacation in a private setting. The pristine, natural and almost private beach of Playa Coyote is less than 200m from your holiday home. The house can accommodate up to 5 people in two bedrooms. In the master bedroom has a King size bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The spacious bathroom and the walk-in closet are directly adjacent to the bedroom. The bright and friendly bedroom is equipped with sun protection glass sliding doors as well as with extra mosquito screen doors to ensure constant air circulation when the
A / C is not in operation. From here you have a very nice view over the meadows and the hills. The second room has a queen size bed (140x195cm). A single bed can be added here for a fifth person. The room is also particularly suitable as an office thanks to its furnishings. There is also air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is here as well directly adjacent. All bathrooms have hot water through a solar system. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to be able to prepare your meals comfortably and according to your taste at home. The pool area is surrounded by a well-kept tropical garden, which invites you to relax.

Summary: The house is walking distance to a very nice and remote beach. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house stayed cool enough throughout day and night. Felt very safe in area. Neighbors all very friendly and places.to eat within walking distance. The pool is directly next to the caretakers place so there isn't really privacy at pool and it is largely covered with a canopy to prevent leaves from falling in. There is still enough sun on pool but we had to clean ourselves - which was easy to do but I had to ask caretaker where net for pool was. Caretakers were nice and friendly but not involved in the cleanliness of our house as far as I could tell They also have three Dogs which are friendly and you'll see often but they are very sweet. The caretakers did not remove trash once which was disappointing but I did let the manager know and she was surprised to hear that so it is probably not normal. The manager, Heike, was exceptional and always helpful and informative. Was just the two of us but could sleep four.
