Summary: Generally, the time at this place was very positive for us. The property manager was very thoughtful in crafting an environment that would be good for kids. There's a trampoline, there's a video game station, there's a nice big front lawn that's good for kids to play in. The cottage is nicely maintained and clean. However, some aspects of the property description may be misleading. The description states that the property sleeps 8 people. To be clear, the cottage in all likelihood is far too small for 8 adults. Generally, it would be more appropriate for 4 adults and 4 kids. Importantly, the cottage is located right next to a small industrial farm. There are cows on it, which can be very fun for little kids. However, on some days the smell of manure and fertilizer can be overwhelming. For some people, who are sensitive to unusual odors, this can be a very important detail. The cottage is located in a very beautiful and peaceful area. It's nice to sit by the fire on its front lawn and enjoy watching the stars above. If you're not too fussy, it can be a great place for you to enjoy an inexpensive stay on PEI.
