THE SPACE:
Welcome to the ONE BEDROOM Cowboy Flat... the newest addition to the Cactus Flats Family! A beautifully renovated, first floor condo in the prestigious Ventana Vista Condominiums. Located just 1/2 mile from stunning Sabino Canyon, we offer a relaxing, stylish home away from home!
MASTER BEDROOM:
Our Master Bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed with lots of extra pillows and blankets to create your perfect night's sleep. Ample storage space in both the bedroom and walk-in closet means you never have to live out of your suitcase. Unpack and relax! An iron and ironing board are provided, as are hangers, so you will always look your very best. A Smart TV with Netflix will let you cozy up in bed while watching a movie. Spa robes are hanging in the closet for your use, so you can feel right at home. Blackout curtains and shades allow you to control your light for the most restful sleep. A pack-n-play is available upon request, ready for our tiny guests.
MASTER BATH:
The spacious Master Bathroom features two sinks, toilet and a large tub and shower. You'll feel like you walked into a soothing spa with the plush towels and beautiful decor. A hairdryer, black makeup towels and more are provided for you.
KITCHEN:
We love to cook! That's why we stocked our kitchen with beautiful stainless-steel pots and pans, bakeware, serving dishes, utensils and more. We've provided you with spices, oil and sugar... the simple staples people often forget. A fully stocked coffee/tea station, blender, toaster, and other details make it feel like you are in your own kitchen. Tucson may have AMAZING restaurants, but for those who want to cook at home... you absolutely can!
DINING ROOM:
A beautiful rustic pine table with 4 chairs fill the dining space. A highchair for the little one is available upon request. And speaking of little ones... in addition to the regular dishes, we have a set of unbreakable Corelle dishes for kids to use, plus placemats that easily wipe clean. It's also the perfect spot for Game Night! We provide a stack of games in the cabinet just to the right of the dining table for you to enjoy.
LIVING ROOM:
Our living room has a comfortable modern couch with plenty of space to relax while watching the 55" TV or reading a book. We provide Netflix for all our guests, so feel free to browse for your favorite shows. A dedicated workspace is conveniently located with a large desk, perfect for working. Fast wifi and a printer is also available (located in the master closet).
LAUNDRY:
A washer/dryer is available for your use, and we provide detergent, softener and wool dryer balls.
PATIO:
There is a lovely, private patio off the dining room which has two stylish and comfortable chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the sounds of the desert.
COMMUNITY SPACES:
The Condo Community features a spa, a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, pool table, and a workout facility. The keys are right by the front door for you to always use and tennis racquets/balls are in the front closet. Green and white striped pool towels are in the hall closet for you to bring to the pool, spa or gym!
OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEAN:
We stock the property with CLEAN, NON-TOXIC products! Our products are highly committed to European Standards of health and safety. We fully sanitize and deep-clean the property between guests, however, a toxic chemical free space is important to us, and we hope you appreciate it as well. Plus, the products are absolutely fantastic, and we use them in our own home!
OUR WELCOME GUIDE:
Once you book, a digital welcome guide will be sent to you filled with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, hiking and more. A printed guidebook is also available in the flat. Another fabulous extra... since SABINO CANYON is so close (literally 0.5 miles door to door), we have provided our guests with a season pass to use! Please take good care of it (and leave it hanging by the door) so that all our visitors can experience the beauty and joys of the Sonoran Desert (and one of our family's favorite places to hike).
We fell in love with Tucson 20+ years ago and know you will love it too! A "little big town", Tucson is known for incredible restaurants, golfing, hiking, and so many wonderful places to explore. Please don't hesitate to reach out and ask for recommendations or if you have questions. I love sharing our love of this place with new friends!
