Centrally located in the heart of the "Business District" of Newport, KY, The Cove is perfect for anyone wanting to be within walking distance of Newport on the Levee, Ovation and Downtown Cincinnati, OH!! This beautifully renovated unit sits just 2 blocks from the Levee and many attractions nearby! Inside the unit you will find all the amenities of home to relax and unwind after a day in the city. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, barstool seating on large island for entertaining and very comfortable couch and recliner while you watch your favorite streaming channels. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and large 55 in TV to relax before heading off to bed. Everything you need from a vacation rental or long weekend of fun is here at The Cove!
-Late check out is available but must be coordinated at least 24hrs prior to check in. Late check out is $30/hr.
-Pets inside the home will result in $250 FINE.
-Smoking/vaping inside the home will result in $500 FINE
-Quiet time is 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
No parties permitted inside the home. Must keep noise to an acceptable level so to not disturb neighbors. Quiet time is 11PM.

Summary: The listing is a a very clean and nice place to stay for the weekend. Parking is a but of a headache, but options are around. Our main complaint was the noise at all hours. The local businesses and patrons (right outside the window) kept us up both nights of our stay and we ended up cutting our trip short. Absolutely no fault of the host, but if you stay, do be prepared for the noise!
