Located in Fondettes, 9 kilometers from the center of Tours, you'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Touraine.
With a surface area of 150m² and suitable for 6 people, this characterful longère is laid out as follows:
On the first floor, on your right as you enter, you'll find the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, Italian coffee maker, kettle...) so you can prepare delicious meals just like at home!
On the left-hand side of the house, you'll find the living room, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV after a day of sightseeing.
Finally, a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (two single mattresses attached) is at your disposal, with a separate shower room and toilet next door.
Then, upstairs, you'll find a rest area with board games and two bedrooms. One has a 140cm bed, the other a 160cm bed.
A bathroom with bath and WC completes the first floor.
As for the garden, there's no shortage of space! Young and old alike can enjoy a lovely hectare of playground, not forgetting the garden furniture you can use to enjoy your meals in the sun :)
Please note: the semi-underground pool is covered and not accessible.
For your comfort, all you'll need to bring on arrival is your suitcases. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the house will be cleaned when you leave.
Finally, for even greater flexibility, your arrival can be made completely autonomous thanks to an on-site key box.

Fondettes town center can be reached quickly and easily on foot (approx. 700 m) or by car. You'll find everything you need (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.).
To discover the surrounding area, you'll be 9 kilometers from Tours, where you'll find the famous Place Plumereau with its many bars and restaurants, St Gathien Cathedral and its gardens.
A 20-minute drive will take you to the Château de Villandry, and within a 1-hour radius of the accommodation, you'll find many other châteaux (Chenonceaux, Cheverny, Chambord, Chinon, Amboise...).
