Positive: Here's a brief of my great experience, I was in Bristol for my summer internship , so I was not in the cottage during the day. I stayed at the Cottage for 6 nights (for the last weekday of my internship). It was a contactless check in on Day 1, so I did not meet Diedre. For me, it was not straightforward to find the place because I used goggle maps. My advice would be to use the map shown on the booking.com app, as I was only able to find the exact spot after that. Once you get to know the hostess, you will realize that Diedre is very easy-going, kind and friendly. When I came across her for the first time, I was kindly invited for some beer with her and with her friends and neighbors the next evening (on the roof-top garden). They were all very understanding of the purpose of my stay, as they lowered down the noise and ended their feast by 11pm. Diedre was also very flexible with my desired check out at 6am. She was always there to solve minor issues until my last minute in the cottage, such as when the door got tight and stuck during my check out (informing me that the door will be fixed as well). For me, I faced no issues in the neighborhood during my daily journey back and forth. (NB: Due to the purpose of my stay, I always came back to the cottage no later than half past 9 and as it was in the summer, it only gets dark around 10pm). The bedroom and the bathroom was cleaned to a fairly great BnB standard. The garden is just by the balcony in the room and I found it very refreshing to sit and relax after a long day. The wifi was down during my entire stay, but I was not impacted by it. For some years, I have been using VOXI's unlimited social media data.

Negative: There was nothing I did not like.
