Summary: My toilet flush was not working. Despite asking them repeatedly, neither it was fixed nor I was given an option to change the room. When I mentioned to the front desk, the lady seemed to not care about the problem. They just gave me a discount of Rs 500, where I had to pay Rs 17000 for 2 days to live with inconvenience.
