The Cooper Suite features 2 bedrooms (the second is a lounge with large double sofa bed) and the Master Suite is a first floor, very large guest bedroom suite with Emperor ( 7ft square) bed with luxury bedcovers and a single bed in room. In addition there is a dedicated private kitchen/dining room. There is a 50" Freeview TV in the Master Bedroom and a 42" SMART Samsung TV in the Lounge/second bedroom. Benefiting from a dedicated private (lockable) entrance into the private kitchen/dining room with staircase to lockable bed suite room door. Kitchen/dining room with fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine etc. FREE RESIDENT PARKING on-site (secure car park / electric code gates with CCTV) for 1 car duration of trip (1 week). Additional cars/days possible on request. 3.5 acre park like grounds with tennis court and 3 duck ponds. Set in our wonderful medieval home (built circa 1460), which has had notable previous owners such as actress Gladys Cooper and Motorcycling World Champion Barry Sheene, The Cottage is a Victorian addition. We are in the very heart of the lovely Charlwood Village. Charlwood is an ancient village in Surrey about 10 minutes drive from Gatwick, 30 minutes to Central London. In the Village there are two fantastic pubs (The Half Moon and The Charlwood) both offering great food and drinks. There is also The Café and a Village shop/convenience store, all within walking distance. Stan Hill Court Hotel is around 5 minutes away offering fine dining. Just opposite our home is the Norman Church built circa 1050 with Norman paintings still visible and well worth a visit. There is a local park with swings for the kids and plenty of space to run around or just soak up the sun (ever hopeful!). For shopping, Crawley is just 10 minutes by car, Reigate around 15 minutes and Dorking about 20 minutes. Central London is just 30 minutes by train from Gatwick.
