Peak Summer Season Rentals (June, July and August) are SATURDAY-SATURDAY only. Freestanding home (not a duplex). Private POOL approximately 8 feet x 18 feet - not heated (looks like a peanut), three floor Elevator (it's fun to be lazy), full kitchen and AWESOME 2nd outdoor granite kitchen with covered living area which is great for entertaining while you watch the kids swim in the (peanut) pool. The beach and the mini pizza shop can be seen from the top floor. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a TV and a private bathroom. 4 rooms upstairs and 1 room downstairs with an additional futon. Many people ask how close the house is to the beach. So, the answer is.... With a strong arm, you could probably throw a frizbee down rainbow and hit Ocean Blvd (it's been tested). We have an abnormally large property with a giant driveway and parking area. We even had a giant wedding on the property with 75ft tent. This truly is the most accommodating and Fun beach house on the south end. We have had many people stop by the house and say that they wish they had heard about 122 Rainbow Drive before they booked their other home. You will enjoy! Yes, we are HARLEY-DAVIDSON friendly! Upper-class safe area for your bikes. RATES: Total is Rate + $250 for cleaning & linen package. Towels not provided because of the invention of mascara. Special DISCOUNT may be allowed if booking stay is 30 days or longer; no discounts for shorter stays. Special events/parties/reunions only permitted for additional fee. One or two other payments will follow which can be done online. We require a refundable $750 damage deposit.
