This beautiful 2000 sqft. single story home with open floor plan is situated in the heart of Chandler, minutes from downtown Chandler and Gilbert. With everything on one floor: Kitchen, Bedrooms, Laundry, Pool, etc. getting around is easy and super comfortable. This property has phenomenal access to:

- Corporate Facilities
There is nothing you can't find within 5-10 minutes of this location.
This is our home away from home and we absolutely love it here. When we're away, we like to share our home for others to enjoy and let's be honest, help cover the mortgage and expenses when we're not using it... Lol.
This is a great space though, with a very open and comfortable floor plan. We have a pool table and swimming pool for everyone to enjoy with a combined flooring of Hardwood and beautiful rustic tile.
We provide pots, pans, dish-ware, silverware and a coffee pot. The dishwasher is not available... We've never tried to use it, but are looking at replacing it.
Guest access:
Guests have access to everything except the garage. This is storage for us and will not be available for use. There is however, room for 3+ cars on the driveway. So parking is not an issue...
Interaction with guests:
We won't be available in person, however, we're a phone call away. We also have people in the area that can help if the situation arises.
Other things to note:
We do not offer cable for TV, but we do have a television converter antenna for local TV as well as an Amazon Firestick for movies and other available apps. You'll just need to have an Amazon account to use.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We ask that if you register the Firestick with your account, please be sure to de-register when you are finished using it.
PROPERTY MANAGMENT: We have a couple of cameras on the property facing the front yard and driveway as well as in the gang way facing the garbage cans (entry to the yard). We live out of state and it's a way for us to manage our landscapers and pool maintenance company. We absolutely DO NOT have any cameras in the house or in the back yard/pool area. This is completely private.
