Summary: Bear Vibes 1 is in a great location and has all the basic essentials - nice kitchen, good bathrooms, and good beds. However it wasn't was clean as we would expect (floors and Balcony), and lacked anyplace to hang clothes in the master bedroom. Also a coffee table in the living room where you could place drinks and snacks would have been nice. We did have a very enjoyable stay - just wish it was a little more guest friendly on the small amenities.
