Located just seconds from Nationwide Children's Hospital and close proximity that all downtown Columbus has to offer. Welcome to Columbus station. Key features include an open concept with loft like ceilings, all new flooring, fresh paint, stainless steel appliances and first floor laundry. Outside, highlights include a deck for entertaining and a fully fenced in private backyard! Just minutes from Downtown Columbus, blocks from Nationwide Children's Hospital.
The Space:
Our updated home is a clean and comfortable 3 Bedroom home. We have a new kitchen, and bathroom as well as many other updates. On the main level is a living room great for relaxing, and a dinning room fit for a group meal. A stocked kitchen ready for your cooking expertise. Just off of our kitchen you will find laundry facilities.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom has lots of space and lots of light! Double doors lead to a porch, and let in great sunlight.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

Summary: To start with the house is in a bit very nice area. When we first got to the house we noticed that the grass looks like it’s never been mowed and one of the windows was taped shut. They didn’t send us the code to get into the house because they had forgotten to have us sign the rental agreement. After trying to call (no one answered the number they gave me) they messaged us for another 30 minutes or so and gave us a code, only to find there was a separate lockbox for the external door with another key inside it with a different code from the original code. Once we finally did get in the house it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and mildew. The steps to go upstairs were stained and worn in. Some of the walls and doors had been damaged. When opening a kitchen cabinet the door nearly fell off and was broken. The stover was dirty and greasy and still have old food on it. The back yard looked like a jungle and had trash all through it, and the garage that we were supposed to be able to use appeared to have someone living in their car in front of the door and trash piled around the door. There was also no toilet paper in the house so we had to use tissues and then buy our own. As well as only two towels for a house that is supposed to sleep 6. There were 2 queen beds and 1 single that definitely wouldn’t fit 2 people and the couches were to small to sleep on. There were also a large amount of spiders in the house and cob webs everywhere.
