Positive: The ocean views were spectacular!
Negative: The deck had a couple of worn our boards and the railing was wobbly. This is a hazard that must be fixed soon before someone falls down the cliff. The non-working chair at the bottom of the stairs was a hindrance. It made for a tight squeeze when luggage was involved.
