You and your guests will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The Charming Craftsman is walking distance to downtown Loveland restaurants, galleries, events, parks and walking paths. It is located in Old Town Loveland on a fantastic quiet, tree lined street.
This charming updated Craftsman will make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the front door. The sunny living room has a fantastic gas burning Jotul fireplace. Each bedroom is outfitted with a high quality bed and linen.
You will fall in love with the cherry cabinets and beautiful blue quartz countertops in the kitchen. Enjoy cooking and eating meals in the well stocked kitchen and dining room table that sits 8.
The Charming Craftsman has a great extra space in the finished basement. In this extra space you will find a TV and a full size washer and dryer.
Our family lived and loved this home for over 15 years, because of this you will find a great basketball court and many books and games available for you and your guests to enjoy.

**Please note that this home is in the City of Loveland, NOT Loveland Ski Resort. The closest ski resort is Eldora 90 minutes away.
IMPORTANT: Currently, April 2023-June2023, the City of Loveland is doing a extensive construction project right by the house. They work Monday-Fridays from 8am-4pm. Each day the traffic flow changes. During their working hours, it might be loud and dusty. I wish I could tell them to stop but clearly, this is completely out of my hands.
