The Celesta is a 1971 Overlander Land Yacht Airstream situated in front of a beautiful 2 acre lot and next to a soon-to-be artstudio. The recently remodeled Airstream is full of retro charm and comes fully hooked up to electrical and plumbing. The Celesta has its own patio for grilling, sitting and sipping. The backdrop of a 120 year old barn and semi-wooded 2 acres creates the perfect setting for your stay . Come stay close to everything while feeling a bit country charm.
The space
The bedroom area features a comfortable full-size mattress and close proximity to both heat and air conditioning for temperature controlled sleep year round. The fully equipped kitchen offers most of the comforts of home with an easy to put away cooktop, microwave and keurig coffee maker. The living area features a comfortable couch that also folds out to accommodate either one adult or two small children. There is also a smart tv hooked up to our high speed internet with major streaming services provided for your stay.
Winter Stays:
Guests should be aware that, during the winter months, though the airstream interior stays a comfortable temperature, showers may either be limited to warm, medium water pressure or hot at low pressure. it is also possible that on
rare occasions when the outside temperature drops below 20 degrees, the water service could freeze. however, in this event, the toilet still works as it has it own water reserve. There is also a main water tank that provides enough water for sink or even short showers until the main supply line has thawed.
For Long-term stays:
Guests should be aware that the toilet, being an RV toilet, must have it's tank emptied into the connected sewer line every couple of days or so depending on use. If guests wish to stay more than a couple of days, it will be necessary to request a host or host representative to come service the toilet.
