Perfectly sited on a quiet cul-de-sac within a 5-10 minute drive to everything Mangawhai has to offer, this brand new home has fantastic indoor and outdoor living. The house is tastefully decorated and well-appointed, and the sunny deck with a lovely rural outlook to the Brynderwyns is a great spot to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Mangawhai.
Perfect for a family or 2 small ones and the section is fully fenced so you can relax in the security that any little ones cant wander. There is off-street parking for a couple of cars, and additional cars can park on the road directly outside the property. The TV has a Chromecast so you can stream your favourite shows from your device and with a heat pump, full insulation and double-glazing it is cosy in winter. For coffee lovers there is a Nespresso so BYO pods.
NB: Please note the BBQ shown in the photos died and has been replaced with a smaller model.

Summary: This was a modern property with rural views and a short drive to the Surf Beach and the shops. We did the cliff walk again and there are a number of tracks for walkers. The outside surround of the property could do with a bit of tlc ie the lawns. Also maybe some more kitchen equipment such as a drainer for pasta and vegetables, a plunger for coffee( we purchased one) and teapot and eggcups- all inexpensive but useful. We were not bothered about the lack of dishwasher or air conditioning. The linen hire was of good quality although one tea towel to last the week was a bit ambitious but again we purchased another one. We had communications from VRBO, Book a Bach and Bach Care so we’re in no doubt about check in procedure.! Altogether a good base for exploring Mangawhai and the area.
