An unassumingly beautiful, newly constructed, carriage house in the heart of downtown C-ville. Come stay with us and enjoy everything this amazing city has to offer. The Carriage house is a separate structure from the main home but has all the pertinent amenities to include a full queen sofa sleeper. It is centrally located to the Amtrak, west main shops, Preston Ave brewery's, downtown mall, and the University. All within a very short walking distance. Two night minimum required on weekends(unless only one day is available on the calendar). Check in 3:00 pm, check out by 11:00am 3) Due to pet allergies we can not allow animals The Carriage house is a lovely studio apartment built in 2017 that sits on top of the lot behind our main home. It has a private road with off street parking. Enjoy the privacy of your own space (more than any hotel) and be minutes away from the best restaurants and shops. The downtown mall is a 13 min walk, the University is 8 minutes and the shops and restaurants located on west main or Preston are 5 minutes. Or uber/lyft anywhere for under $8. It does not get any more central than here! Amenities: Pull out Queen Sofa sleeper, Iron and board, full bathroom, linens for both beds and 4 guests, toiletries, blow dryer, Vizio smart tv with Amazon firestick. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Off street parking.
